Joe the Plumber’s Lawyers at Judicial Watch Take on Pelosi’s ‘Personal Air Force’
Poor Judicial Watch. They issued a shiny, new report on how Nancy Pelosi treats the Air Force like her own personal airline and only Fox News gave a shit.
Evidence of the media’s liberal bias? Or the universal truth that when your group is essentially funded by one conservative legal activist and your last move was filing a civil rights lawsuit on behalf of Joe the Plumber that it’s going to be tough to take you seriously?
To be fair, it’s some pretty good e-mail dirt they dug up on the speaker:
In one e-mail, aide Kay King complained to the military that they had not made available any aircraft the House speaker wanted for Memorial Day recess.
“It is my understanding there are NO G5s available for the House during the Memorial Day recess. This is totally unacceptable … The Speaker will want to know where the planes are,” King wrote.
In another, when told a certain type of aircraft would not be available, King wrote: “This is not good news, and we will have some very disappointed folks, as well as a very upset Speaker.”
Then again, this is capitol hill, land of the thousand dollar toilet seat. How much digging does it take to find dirt like this on any Representative? Tell you what Judicial Watch, we’ll split the difference with you: Nancy Pelosi is a sleaze, you guys are a bunch of tools, and Joe the Plumber is not a plumber or a worthy plaintiff. Oh, and yes, we agree – Harry Reid is a robot.
