During President Obama’s visit to Turkey, a local television anchor reported on his visit in blackface.

According to some chattering in the slightly wacky conservoblogospheroid, the blackface is actually meant to show respect to Obama, as well as the anchor’s complete ignorance of American cultural and racial iconographic history. Which is making us rethink our plans for posting a Vlog spoof about the early twentieth century Armenian genocide. Guess we’ll cancel our order for those PKK uniforms, too…
